The hoist was delivered and assembled yesterday and looks great. I had a great experience picking up the boat and going over it with Capt Greg. Great guy and really helped point out the differences in the Glastron from our old Four Winns.

We love our new Bayliner 265. It's at 30mph before you know it. The air conditioning is great, it has been hot and humid at East Tawas. Lots of room. We both sleep much better.We sleep in the mid-berth and can actually stretch out. Great! The trailer is great also. Pulls better going down the road than our old boat. Launches nice also.
Thanks again for all your help and the great deal. It was a pleasurable experience. I will send more pictures later. Also, thanks for the message in a bottle.

I just wanted to say "thank you" for going above and beyond in your service when we picked up the 2103 Trophy today, as well as on our previous visits. It might be something you're used to doing as it didn't seem like it was out of the ordinary for you. I just wanted to make sure you knew it was appreciated. Donna Sawyer made the financing process a real breeze. Your entire goup really has their stuff together. Also, thank your service department (technician's name was Chris) for squeezing us in to install the motor bracket last minute, and for snugging up the trailer lugs before we left. It made for a stress free trip home.
I'm glad we found Wilson Boats. It was well worth the drive from Ohio.

We made it home last night after a total of 18 hours on the road. My new Trophy boat is safe and sound in my garage. Not as clean as when I left but still beautiful. Today I'm pulling it out, getting the road dirt off it and dreaming about scuba dive season starting.
My wife and I wanted to say thanks for everything. Not only did I get the deal I was looking for but I was very impressed by the service you folks gave us. I can honestly (and I mean this) say that your service guys were the best I've ever dealt with. They knew I was attempting to head back home yesterday and they skipped their lunch to get my platform installed. Lunch is important and I'd never expect that someone would or should do that. However, they did this on their own and it meant a lot to me.
Could you please pass a copy of this email on to the guys? Mechanics are often overlooked but without them our boats wouldn't run. I for one appreciate everything they did.
Lastly, and most important, my wife left with a smile.

I want to take a quick minute to say thanks. I called last week to set up my orientation class. Donna got me in quickly, which worked out great.
On Saturday, during the test drive, Greg went with me. We made a lap around the lake and talked about the alarm (whistle) that was going off. He called Brian over to help diagnose the problem, which he did quickly and accurately. To go one step further, they had the part and fixed it before I left Many thanks to you, Donna Greg and Brian. To anyone shopping at Wilson Marine
My wife and I bought a 1990 BAYLINER 22.5 boat from Wilson Marine in November of 2008. Chris Somers was the salesman. We had a lot of things added to the boat. We knew it would be the best time to get them completed. We made lots of calls and emails and stopped in to check on the progress.
One day we met the owner as we were peeking in the window on a Sunday. He told us that the service dept. was open and showed us how to get there. He took us in, answered our questions and poured us coffee. We met quite a few people. Donna took care of our paperwork. Cody took care of our interior and canvas. Jeff Slade pulled our boat in and answered all our questions. At the accessory dept., Walter Gulley was awesome at explaining things.
We met a lot of other people but we do not know all of their names.
Our point is everyone we met and dealt with at Wilson Marine were very pleasant and very helpful. We would recommend Wilson Marine to anyone.

Jack Frost is a "hoot". He's an amazing individual and enjoyable to deal with! There is a young man that also works with Jack. I don't know his name but he is wonderful too. I came in to buy a "tube" and he was extremely helpful. Kudos to him too! Your Service Department is TOPS!
